The Account Manager serves as the critical link between our clients and the agency. The role’s success is based on the individual’s ability to establish trusted relationships with our clients through active listening and understanding of identified communication objectives. This individual demonstrates strategic and tactical leadership, has strong management skills and is committed to delivering work that “works.” Account managers are comfortable working with individuals at all levels within our client’s organizations and are able to work across cross-functional teams within the agency (strategy, analytics, project management, social, design, development and product design). This individual is also comfortable with prioritizing and leading all types of clients’ marketing projects from start to finish.
